Hubby and I just bought and moved into a house that came with a Hot Tub/Jacuzzi/Spa.(What's the difference anyway?) We have made love in it twice now...very interesting...it's good that both of us know CPR. LOL We will just have to keep practicing. ;) Anyway, my question is this...The manual and video for the spa both warn of bacteria growth in he water and keeping it clean, etc. Well, is cum in the water going to cause bacteria growth? Should we drain and clean it everytime we have sex in it?

Noooo not at all...the chemicals will take care of that for you!!
So relax and go have more sex in it!!!! :D :D

Imagine what your water bill would be if you had to drain it each time you had sex!

Chemicals will do the job just fine. I'm pretty sure the manufacturers suggestions regarding the chemical levels take sexual intercourse in to consideration.

I don’t know where you’re at Sweet Thing. Around here the season is coming (hi 42f today) where you may want to drain and refill it with jello. Could be fun.;)

This may be what you get from that bacteria but I can find nothing on cum causing a specific problem.

Love Diva - I appreciate your answer...Thank you...We tried again last night...hubby has drowning fears...makes for an interesting time. LOL

Wild Irish - That was another concern was the water bill. LOL I was thinking we would only be able to have sex in it once a month...the day before I drained and cleaned it...It is 350 gallons after all. LOL Thanks for your response.

PantyFanatic - Jello could be very interesting. I am in Florida so we are just barely hitting the 60's at night. Besides, the hot tub is inside so it doesn't really matter what the weather is like. Thanks.

Sweet Thing I think that the water from the tub getting inside of you would be more of a worry. I know my wife will not let me enter her under water, does not want that water in her, same at the hot springs, NOT in the water. Play around ok but no in and out....

This advice cannot be emphasized enough.
I had a very bad experience with a hot tub that had way too many chemicals in it.
She was hurting. :(

Just jealous that u have a hot tub. Here in Blighty i still have a tin bath in front of the fire.
