Sex Questionnaire?

I'm wondering if anyone on the site has a link to, or has made, a "Sex Questionnaire."

I'm looking for something that has a fairly lengthy list of questions (maybe a 100 or so for each gender) that asks basic to in depth questions about interest in sexual positions, tendencies, fantasies, likes, dislikes, etc, etc.

Something that one could give to a wife/husband or boyfriend/girlfriend whatever to get to know each other sexually a little better (or just for fun) if one or both partners is shy about answering questions directly.

If such a questionnaire doesn't exist, does anyone have interest in creating one perhaps?

This site seems to be very good. You take the quiz with your partner, but in private, and then it compiles all of your answers and shows you only the matches. Matches include fantasies and desires that range from where you want to go for a good time to threesomes and bondage. The downfall: it costs money. For a 3 day unlimited usage its not too bad though (around $13), unlimited use is close to $35 with shipping and all. Guess if your really interested this might be a good purchase.
