A co-worker and I were having a discussion today about pickup lines...Lets here from some of our fellow pixie's what they've heard or used in the past heheh.

A pickup line for me can't be planned. The charm has to be innate, inherent, unrehearsed.

I'd been flirting with a cute bartender for months and had mentioned he could do with an inch or two trimmed from his floppy mop.

Several weeks later we're enjoying Scotch and Guinness at a pub on his birthday and he mentioned he hadn't washed his hair in too long.

I sez, "Well, why don't you go wash your mop?"

He sez, "Well, why don't you wash it for me?"

Five minutes later I was in his shower. :D

seriously, all pickup lines SOUND like pickup lines. i agree with steph, i have always had more success approaching someone and talking with them about whatever, not just trying to get them into bed (even if it is the ultimate goal!)

Not that he has to use "a line" on me anymore...lol...but Mr. Lixy once said to me as I was coming in the door from work..."I'd better renew my library card cause I'm checkin you out"!

When I was at school we did a drama production where there was a scene that represented these two characters getting together. We had them say some of the cheesiest pick-up lines ever...
