I'm with oldfart on this one. If I went out on a date, the biggest turnoff with the guy would be... that he's a guy.
If the same question relates to women - lack of personality, bad breath, body odour, talking really common (and chavvy), dressing badly, moustache, armpit hair. That's just to name a few :)

yup bad breath and bad BO are the biggest first meeting turn offs , as i get to know him then the biggest turn offs wud be , they way he talks to and about others, if hes negative that way i dont wanna be round him cuz id ate to know what he said about me when i wasnt around!

I've always thought a big turn off would be his holding a revolver pointed at me saying something like, "Hand over you billfold or you're done for." :yikes:

But then, I might just be over-reacting. :rolleyes:

Actually, I haven't had that happen, but I do think it'd be a turnoff. ;)
