Help Im stupid and need assistance

To any and all my fellow pixie pals I have decided that i want to post more pics of myself on here and I'll be damned if i can figure out how to get them down to an acceptable size. I will gladly give my left or right hand or my immortal soul to anyone who can help me with my problem. Also i tried the chat room in here and it was dead. Did i pick the wrong time or has the chat room gone the way of the dodo?????????? Thanks for any and all help you may be able to provide.

i'm not the most technically able person here but when i used to post pics, i just opened them in a paint progam and resized that way.

and i haven't been to chat in ages but i think there are certain times that are more hoppin than others.

You have two topics here IH. Here's a link to some basic imfo on the resizing (http://graphicssoft.about.com/cs/digitalimaging/f/howreducesize.htm) issue. Peek at that and drop me a PM AFTER, if you are still having problems.
