I'm buying into this idea that what you eat can effect your moods (or for that matter, how much you sleep or exercise).

Does anyone know of any good books that talk about this? I'm kind of a manic type, and am thinking that I might be borderline depressed a little and am wondering if life style choices aren't at the root.

Please let me know.

Thank you! Jax.

What she said.

It is very true. Some foods affect the secretion and production of neurotransmitters, which in turn affect our moods, alertness, and so on.
