Your target is a fellow Pixie of your choosing. Pick a subject, and try to convince your target that the chosen subject is actual, although it isn't. Or, at least isn't, according to your direct knowledge. If it's plausible enough, even you might believe it. suggesting a course of action for your target to undertake in connection with the subject is a bonus, of course. And don't forget to send your target a PM so s/he can reply.
And yes, the target in question should respond with an indication of whether or not s/he believes you, and whatever you've said about your subject, based solely on your arguments, and how plausible you can make them sound.

Did you ever realize that Lilith has a secret? She doesn't want anyone to know or it might cost her her reputation as the moderatrix, so she's carefully hidden it. Way down, buried in the depths of her dungeon, back behind the heavy equipment and display racks of whips, there's a secret door. Behind that door, she's build a niche shrine dedicated to you. One day, you should really try and sneak in, disable the security system she has in place to try and stop people from discovering her secret, and take pics of the shrine to verify its existence.
