Having read here and elsewhere many uncomplimentary remarks about Comcast service, it was with low expectations that I enlisted Comcast’s technical support to help resolve networking problems I’ve recently had.
I’m pleased to report the technician who arrived today was able (after extended back and forth discussions and testing with his support group) to identify the root problem as being Comcast’s responsibility, and left after restoring full service.
This support may have been unusual, but it was commendable.
