Lots of water,cool rag around the neck,a nap during the heat of the day.if I'm working in the shop get an early start about 5:30 am till 11-12

A shop we often have our car serviced at does the same, jay-t. He starts around 5:30 to avoid the heat of the day, then, closes earlier in the afternoon. Not a bad idea. I usually try to do my (almost) daily walks early, also.
