We've got a winter weather warning that is going into effect from 1am tomorrow morning until 7pm tomorrow night. Supposedly we'll get around eight inches of snow. :yikes:

I finally finished a book last night that I started back in December. It was a great work, I'm glad the author was recommended to me by another Pixie. :nod:

I finished a book too!!! Started it way back and never picked it back up until the other day.

Just called and made a hair appointment for tomarrow, the gal who answered the phone is far too bubbly for this morning. And she had this little giggle that made me think of a high school girl.

Just so you know, I hate having my hair done. It's few and far between when I go. I'm not a girly girl.

I haven't finished my math homework, or studied for the quiz that is tonight.

Chimney's down, bricks are piled on skids waiting to be re-used, the wall was framed & sheathed but not insulated for the coldest night of this spring...the door is now installed (with the missing parts also in now) drywall is up (which I will mud, sand & paint myself)...in short, it's all installed, my contractor has gotten paid, God's in His Heaven, all's right with the world...


Now all I gotta do is paint, build shelves, build steps, lay paving bricks...ain't no thang...

The sight of old siding falling to the ground as the guys rip it off of my house is a very, very nice thing to see. Maybe I'll have to post some Little IowaMan reaction pics. ;)

I'm having my first "real" Mountain Dew in a couple of years right now. Not Diet and not caffeine-free. Oh my god, I had forgotten how much I love this stuff! :loveshowe:

I've gotta think my doctor wouldn't mind me having six or seven a day, there's not that much caffeine in it, right? :p
