Just last year for Thanksgiving we had our oldest son's friend and his little boy. They were alone for Thanksgiving, so we had them join us.

Steph 11-16-2003 09:14 AM

I've been thinking of asking my mother to do that for me this year . . . she does buy cool clothes for me, though!

Have you ever cheated on your SO?

musicman 11-16-2003 09:21 AM

Do you remember where you were when JFK died?

Sugarsprinkles 11-16-2003 10:13 AM

Yes, I was in Choral class in High School, Room 201. I'll never forget it the longest day I live.

Steph 11-16-2003 10:17 AM

What's your earliest memory?

osuche 11-16-2003 10:55 AM

Going to the grocery store with my dad -- I was about 5 years old. I know that's pretty old -- but that's my earliest. :(

What is oyur BEST childhood memory?

BigBear57 11-16-2003 11:02 AM

Fishing trips with my Dad. Always lots of laughter.

What's your saddest childhood memory?

PantyFanatic 11-16-2003 11:05 AM

The earliest vivid (and very isolated) memory that I can ever recall, is laying in a crib at night, during the war and seeing the heavy fog in the small, high window with only the street light behind it. I think it was the sound of the old foghorns that that made the imprint of the scene. To this day, the sounding of the horn………. then the distant reply from what must have been a ship, takes me to another, comfortable, place. :)

Yes. I’ve always lived near the lake.

Is there a sound that makes you recall another place or time? (A GOOD place or time)

PantyFanatic 11-16-2003 11:06 AM

Sorry there BigBear57.:o Guess I spent more time remembering than typing.

Steph 11-16-2003 12:55 PM

When I hear the wimpy waves of Lake Ontario ;), they remind me of the Atlantic gales that caused the waves to SMASH against the shore.

What do you argue with your SO about most?

musicman 11-16-2003 03:30 PM

dinner.

what household chore do you hate the most?

Steph 11-16-2003 04:29 PM

OMG! So tough to choose! I guess dishes since they're never ending.

Do you sometimes tune your SO out?

Sugarsprinkles 11-16-2003 05:03 PM

No, I've never mastered that talent. He, however, and one of our sons are experts at it. Our son, when he was still small enough to need a highchair, had me sure he was deaf. He would ignore me when I was trying to feed him...staring off into space instead of eating. I snuck up behind him one day and whispered "candy"....he spun his head around so fast I thought he was in 'The Exorcist'!! LOL Needless to say, he was merely tuning me out.
Sorry for being so long winded.........
