Tattoos
 

I have two tattoos. The first one I had done when I was 18. It is on the inside of my left ankle and is the Chinese symbol for love. The second I had done when I was 22 and it is the Egyptian symbol for queen. It is really cool. It is an eye and it is in the center of my breastbone. Ya know when a woman lays down and you can see the rounded outline of her ribcage? It is right in the center at the top. I am very happy with them.

One of my son-in laws got a tribal-band tattoo;last night;as a
birthday present to himself.It is nice looking(around right bicep)
but it is one color and cost approx.$120.That may not be bad but
it is a hell of alot more than;I paid;when I got my two.Of course;
in those days; $3.90 an hour was big bucks for a flight mechanic.
I guess that shows that it is all relative.There goes; my idea;of
getting more.It's hard enough to make ends meet with two
people making good money! Irish
PS.I just really showed my age but I've always said that it's not
your numerical age;it's how you think of things!

I got my tattoo a few years ago after someone told me only 'white trash' did things like that. I don't regret it all. As far as tats go, it's pretty wimpy, but I like it.

Trixie--What's wimpy about it?If it's what you wanted;that's what
counts!It always irritated me that people said that you were
drunk when you got them and regretted getting them.I wasn't
drunk and after having them for over 20yrs.,I have never regretted getting them.You just pick a good tattooist and have
them use good ink and have at it. Irish
