Since her surgery was scheduled for 4 hours ago - I hope she's done in the operating room and on to recovery. I hope this hospital recovery is easier upon Sharni than the last.

Good news and GREAT news! :^<^>v>^v: <----- happy dancing feet smilie

Sharni came through the operation feeling good with all vitals looking good and they did NOT have to do a skin graft. :D

They are telling her she will be in the hospital for a week to be monitored, but she is in very little pain now. :) They have her on self administered pain meds and she is reported in good spirits right now.

We should have more updates after Bilbo’s visit tomorrow morning, Oz time.

It is NOT an official statement, but it is thought that is why they are keeping her for observation.

/me smacks PF........next time just say keeping her for observation, now we're going sit here and worry some more about if she has staph or not.

Quick! Give that poor woman a laptop and wireless connection!!!! i think part of the pain regulation therapy should include HEALTHY and GENEROUS doses of Pixies! Whenever and where ever she chooses!
