If it was that he simply was out-performed in the selections, it's OK. If he was out-friended or didn't try his best, there are problems.

My heart goes out to all the families affected in Newtown, CT at Sandy Hook Elementary School! 18 kids (ages 10 and under) dead...8 or 9 adults at last count.

All

My wife getting hung up on her size.

My age and becoming impotent.

Mean , crass and judgemental idiots

But I was made up to see a beautiful gay girl with a gorgeous baby. That was great

Sad beyond words.

Pale

Everything I listed pales compared to Newton, just read it on the computer. Terrible event. So many lives destroyed. Heart-!breaking. As a parent and as a man this makes me feel lost and powerless, god knows how the parents, families and friends feel.

Fangtasia 12-14-2012 06:56 PM

Reading the news and all those innocent lives lost (20 kids and 7 adults). Just heartbreaking.

Oldfart 12-14-2012 07:12 PM

Reports say the gunman was known to the school and was buzzed-in shortly before the shooting at about 9:30am local time.

The poor person who opened up the gates of hell.

Fangtasia 12-14-2012 07:19 PM

He was the son of one of the teachers (whom he went there to kill)

PantyFanatic 12-15-2012 12:42 AM

Conflicting details still coming from media at this late moment but those will eventually be sorted. The tragedy is another wack-job went off and if any kind of innocent killing can be worse than another, the loss of children make it the ultimate sin against man.

Very, very tragic in CT. Wow. My heart just feels for those people.

Coaster 12-15-2012 03:04 PM

they were just babies...............

Oldfart 12-16-2012 06:48 PM

No Coaster, this was worse. These kids had grown to be thinking, loving, arguing, playing, fighting explosions of potential. Parents and friends had time to bond with these people to a depth babies can't reach. Loss of babies is horrible, but the loss of these children was so much harder. What's worse, being crushed by a 100 ton rock or a 1000 ton rock? Dunno, I'm trying to put into words shit that we shouldn't have to know.

PantyFanatic 12-17-2012 12:45 AM

Noble attempt my friend to find logic in insanity, but you fail as surely as all the "experts" who are expounding right now. It's just WRONG!

It makes me sad that people are saying he had autism like it is the cause of his decisions. That is not how autism works. It is going to increase the problems for people on the spectrum I fear.

I just finished reading about the principle whose husband was over 20 years older and how he had fallen madly in love with her. He asked her five times to marry him before she said yes. Then he built her a dream home that she would live in long after he had died. Now he sits without her and the dreams and plans forever changed. Her brave attempt to stop this tragedy will live on. :(
