The bad news is, that trench will fill with water, and become a moat, then you'll get sued by some local busybody for having an "attractive nuisance."

The good news is, then you dont' owe any property taxes.

The bad news is you might have those alligators as new neighbors.

The good news if you're married is that you wife may have the material to make alligator shoes or purses.

Yeah, like rising gas prices ... along with everything else going up in price.

The good news is, rising prices also means more money in people's pockets.

The bad news is that food banks are doing record business and shelves are not filled because restocking shelves has been hindered by high fuel prices and a lack of drivers. Some are predicting a recession caused in part by excessive borrowing and massive printing of new money being printed driving down the dollars worth. Not to mention ports clogged because of manpower shortages to unload ships.

The good news is, there are steps that can be taken to alleviate all of this.
