I confess after being up for 23 hours I crashed before 7 pm yesterday and slept until 3 am this morning.

I confess I am off to my neighbors for a rum infused eggnog.....just one or maybe two lol

I confess I am glad to see 2014 go, and good riddance. I started the year with my dad's stroke, middled it by setting fire to my kitchen, and ended it with one of my dearest friends fighting cancer. Here's to a better 2015; it wouldn't take much.

Sorry to say but he will not recover for his cancer is stage four in his lung and the tumor is the result of his cancer....they took it out to help give him back his balance and motor control......this just may give him a bit more time with improved quality of life.

I have known him 44 years and he was the best man at my wedding. I got to keep him after the divorce lol.....we have the absolute disgusting sense of humor with eachother. I am going to make him a Boston Cream Pie tomorrow for his appetite has returned with a vengence and that is his favorite......
