I have a serious craving today for a cigarette, but since I quit smoking just over a week ago, this is one craving that will go (hopefully) unfulfilled

Take dry spaghetti, break it into matchstick lengths. When you get the urge to have a ciggie, have a small glass of water and nibble on the spag. Substitution works.
