I know we have alot of coffee lovers here at Pixies. Some of us, like PF, should just take the stuff intravenously! :D

But for the late night chatters..... How bout a cup of coffee? ;)

You don’t sweat, you percolate.

You walk 20 miles on your treadmill before you see it’s not plugged in.

You’ve built a miniature city out of little plastic stirrers.

Instant coffee takes too long.

You channel surf faster without a remote.

You have a picture of your coffee mug, on your coffee mug.

You short out motion detectors.

You don’t even wait for the water to boil anymore.

You help your dog chase its tail.

You soak your dentures in coffee overnight.

Your first-aid kit contains 2 pints of coffee with an I.V. hookup.

You get a speeding ticket even when you’re parked.

You answer the door before people knock.

I love coffee. Creamy and sweet! TY for reminding me how wonderful it is. My best addiction.

I have...
2 coffee grinders
2 coffee makers
an espresso machine.

I drink my coffee extra strength with a double shot of espresso in it.

Am I addicted to coffee? :jump:

It's enough to me think about taking up the hobby.....

One drinks coffee, not for sport, but because it is there...

uh....er,um....are you trying to say the things on that list aren't normal? :blink:

A few other ways to tell.....
 

1. You don't sweat. You perculate.
2. You think being called a drip is a compliment.
3. Your lips are permanently stuck in the sipping position.
4. Your so wired that you pick up AM radio.
5. When someone asks how your doing, you reply "Good to the last drop!"
6. Your life's goal is to amount to a "hill of beans".
7. You speak Arabic having never taken a lesson.
8. You go to AA meetings just for the free coffee.

For me knowing I can have coffee is the only way that I can drag my butt out of bed in the morning. :)

I got a job at a coffee shop because I was always there anyway.

I kind of wish there was a patch like they have for smokers!

I absolutely adore coffee, but because of my low blood sugar/high insulin I can only have decaf, and only once in a great while. :( My favorite is a decaf Caramel Macchiatto. Caramel syrup, espresso, steamed milk, topped with foam and a swirl of caramel sauce. I used to work at a bookstore cafe and learned how to make all the drinks. I still know them all from a capuccino to a cafe moccha to a cafe breve. What I miss most about working there is having that lingering smell of freshly brewed coffee and espresso... mmm yum!

You're right Vurginne, the smell of freshly brewed coffee is yum!! If I pass by a coffee shop and catch a whif.... I have to have a cup! No need for expensive advertizing, just make sure the smell reaches passerbys. :D
