We talked about crows a few years back. I noted that the American crow had a high forehead like Heckle and Jeckle. When I was in Brisbane a couple of weeks ago, I took a picture of an Australian Raven, commonly called a crow here. Totally different head silhouette.
Worth revisiting this thread just for the Macaw. |

This critter is just under 5 metres. It looks photoshopped, but it isn't.
It was killed because it got too close to the kids in the Aboriginal community. 5 metres is almost 17 feet. |
Sadly beautiful Fabio (my male mouse) passed away recently
So tomorrow i pick up some new female additions, they are rescues who will live out their days with me. Not told Bilbo, hopefully i can sneak em in lol. He will be unamused, but i feel for em and are happy to care for them. I love me animals as you know lol Photos once they've settled in |
More great new pictures, Noah! Thanks for sharing them.
 |
They're cheaper than new whelps.
|
Ewan is unimpressed with mice. Crickets are much preferred.

We'll be waiting to see them. You ought to publish a book with a collection of your photos ... I think it'd sell!
