Yes, when I can. The best way I know of.

It's a great way to take a break from what's going on and just give in to your passions. Last time I had it was right after midterms last school year, and I think it helped wonders!

I always want more sex especially when stressed and my SO only wants to give it in the morning after the kids are up and running around. ugh

It varies a lot, really.

There are times when I'm so tired I don't even have the energy to masturbate.... and other times when I'm so stressed out but I'm MEGA horny....

It all kinda depends. I think I go through cycles, a few weeks of super horny, a few weeks of not-quite as horny, back to super horny again, etc etc etc.

My sex drive declines when I am stressed in that I just can't get into the foreplay as I am too preoccupied with the stressors. I'm good for a quick fuck but that is all.
