Spare a thought on the 7th of July
 
Please take time and spare a thought or 2 or 2827456897298527845 for the survivors and victims and their families for those affected by the 7/7/2005 bombings of London.

The first anniversary of the 7 July bombings of London will be marked by a national two-minute silence. It will be at 12 noon GMT (0700 EST, 0600 CST, 0500 Mountain, and 0400 Pacific...or CAST 2130, AEST 2200, NZST midnight of July 8th)

Thank you sweetie for this post.

I was going to post something like this later on. I remember the day very well and will be pausing at noon. There were a lot of lives lost that day, the image of the bus is still fresh in my mind.

Spare a thought for those people and please spare a thought for me.. The route i drive now goes past both the airport and a major rail station as well as going into a town center.

In rememberance of those who lost their lives and those who assisted in the rescue
