I can understand how that must have felt. That's shitty, and a violation of trust. What a jerk he/she was.

I can't really undersand this one. I would have busted a gut laughing. How can an email be threatening? Did the person know who you were in real life? Did they know where you lived, aside from general location? If so, then the mistake was yours.
Never give that sort of info out to strangers or people you don't know really well.

If not, what were you worried about? I would have posted the "threatening" email up on the forum for everyone to read, and, like I said, laughed my ass off at the poor loser who sent it. I can't figure out what scared you about some clown's email.
