There is no petro shortage now and has not been for over 30 years. There is no lack of processing facility and has not been. One of the 'seven sisters' had a highly publicized accident that caused 40 billion electronic credits be transferred and now it's time to move them back. It's that simple. With a daily world demand for 85 million barrels (or 3.5 billion gallons), adding $1USD per gallon will have it back in one season, then drop the price half the increase will make us feel grateful as hell and the wealth continues to transfer from the contented masses.
