I would almost welcome that system. The most effect I could have with my vote would be to NOT as I attempted to get as much coverage and attention  as I was first in line as the polls open, to pay my $50 and state how I believe the procedure, process and result have deteriorated to a meaningless and corrupt state I can no longer endorse, participate or believe in.
