Assuming you don't want to get plastered... Have a one-on-one with the waiter as soon as you get into the bar, and tell him that you want *everything* virgin....even though you don't want your friends to know. Then order "strawberry daquiris" all evening, knowing you're getting the ones without alcohol.

Been there, done that. An extra tip helps, too.
