1. I work with the coolest people in my new office...even if a couple of them *are* at each other's throats on days the copier is broken down.

2. I had something happen to me this morning during our regular call that I was not expecting but which nearly brought me to happy tears.

3. Some days I just FEEL it.

1. I am too easily frustrated, and I don't know how to fix that.

2. My daughter has had her glasses exactly six days...and apparently had half of the staff at the elementary school outside this afternoon, trying to find the lens she lost. No, it wasn't found. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.

3. Sometimes I'm too much like Piglet, who doesn't understand how he can be brave when he's such a small animal.

2. Sent a Christmas card to the young lady from Germany that had been an exchange student last year staying with our oldest daughter.
3. Pretty well finished my Christmas shopping.

1. I slept a LOT longer than normal this morning, but I think it's something I needed.

2. I got a reply back to an email I'd sent last night, and my "thanks, but no thanks" was received better than I'd anticipated.

3. Sometimes I'm not as patient as I need to be.

1. I spent all afternoon and evening sorting out what is to now be my classroom.

2. I am celebrating being healthy and happy and EMPLOYED by sitting here eating my most favorite take out stir fry.

3. I have been warned that while my hire is causing much joy there is a lot of grumbling about the way my predecessor was fired.

Good man!

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

1) Kids, wife, and mother-in-law out of house today, so I will be eating salsa, drinking beer, and watching a lot of football. Yeah, I need a "guy" day since it is too cold and snowy for golf now.

2) Before I can do Item #1 above, I need to do some paperwork.

3) Still full of myself after being told by an attractive early 20s woman that "I looked to be in my early 30s" yesterday. I turned 40 last September.

1. I have a feeling that, in some ways, the 3-1/2 days I'm going to spend in Kentucky for Christmas with my family are going to be both too short AND too long.

2. It's been a long time since I was dropped off at the airport for a flight and picked up there, days later, by the man I love.

3. I *think* I'm just about done with my Christmas shopping.
