Good luck from me I gave up smoking cold turkey some 18 years or so ago and found it an easier method than simply cutting down. Took me a few goes before I actually managed it but it worked in the end. Sugarfree gum to hand ALL the time helped a lot, as did throwing myself into training and getting down the gym regularly (something I have unfortunately not kept up with!).
