Had some terribly hard rains yesterday morning. Streets and parking lots were filled with water. Gutters overflowed. A number of folks told us their rain gauges had about 4" of rain all within a relatively short amount of time. Surprised me yesterday (Sunday). Didn't feel nearly as humid during the day and while warm it was not the oppressive heat we've had this month so far.
