My tip: look for another girlfriend that in your case just smiles and continues loving you in the same way. By the time you will be able to relax during her presence because she accepts you as you are. And this will be the solution. Do not think you´re not a man because you can´t. Accept that there exist times and situations without the control of your body functions. You are not a machine, you are human.
